İstanbul Spor Hukuku Dergisi Cilt 3 Sayı: 1

İstanbul Spor Hukuku Dergisi'nin yayın hayatının üçüncü yılında iki sayıyı aynı anda okuyucularına ulaştırmamız editörün, Danışma Kurulu'nun, Yayın Kurulu'nun yanı sıra hiç şüphesiz yazarlarımızın ve yayınevimizin özverili çalışmaları sayesinde olmuştur. Bu sayıda futbolda kart uygulamaları ve hatalı kart; Türk hukukunda profesyonel futbolcu sözleşmesinin kulübün ücret ödememesi nedeniyle futbolcu tarafından feshedilmesi ve sonuçları; Yargıtay kararları ışığında antrenör sözleşmelerinin belirli süreli yapılması sorunu; TFF ile profesyonel futbolcu arasındaki hukuki ilişkinin niteliği başlıkları altında dört makale yer almaktadır. Ayrıca bu sayıda sporcu ücretlerinden tevkif yoluyla alınan gelir vergisi konusuna ilişkin yorum yazısı bulunmaktadır. Yine bu sayıda CAS'ın futbolcunun sözleşmeyi fiilen sona erdirmesi sebebiyle kulüp tarafından açılan davaya ilişkin 7 Ağustos 2018 tarihli kararının tercümesinin sıra TFF Uyuşmazlık Çözüm Kurulu'nun futbola ilişkin sözleşmelerden doğan uyuşmazlıklarda yetkisine ilişkin olarak 2019-2020 yıllarında verilen bazı mahkeme kararlarına ve Gençlik ve Spor Bakanlığı Tahkim Kurulu'nun 2020-2021 yıllarında verdiği bazı kararlara yer verilmiştir.

Publishing simultaneously the two issues of the Istanbul Journal of Sports Law in its third year of publication is no doubt realized as a result of the devoted efforts of the Editor, the Advisory Board, the Editorial Board as well as the publisher and the authors. This Issue contains articles on use of warning cards in football and false card application; termination of the professional football player contract by the football player to non-payment of the football club and its consequences in Turkish law; an evaluation of the problem concluding coach contract for a fixed period of time; and the characterization of the relationship between the football player and TFF. In addition, this Issue contains commentaries on the topic of income tax deducted from athletes' wages. This Issue also features the translation of the decision of CAS dated 7 August 2018 regarding the case filed by the club on the ground of de facto termination of the contract by the player, and contains a compilation of the selected decisions of the courts made in 2019-2020 concerning the jurisdiction of the TFF Dispute Resolution Board in disputes arising from football-related contracts as well as selected decisions of the Arbitration Board of the Ministry Youth and Sports made in 2020 and 2021.
